Zermatt

I spent 2 days in Zermatt. On the first day, I took the cable car up to the Klein Matterhorn (Little Matterhorn). The second day, I took a train up to Gornergrat, and hiked down to the Gorner Gletscher. I took about 10 steps on the glacier, but turned around after that for want of crampons.

The ski area around the Klein Matterhorn is open year-round

Can you spot the Neue Monte Rosa Hutte?

Why do I like taking shots like this so much?

I wonder if the observatory is ever open to the public. At least they had good gulaschsuppe

Time to go back to Zermatt

Yep, add that to the list of hobbies to try
