While my family was here this summer we took a trip to Mt St Helens, and hiked the trail to Harry's ridge.
I recently got a polarizer for my camera, and learned how to use it on this hike. It ends up making a huge difference in the photos I take. For instance, here's a picture with the polarizer turned the wrong way. Click it to see a picture from the same angle with the polarizer oriented correctly (both are completely unedited).
